70’s SciFi Robot Posters by Jeff Quigley

The truth about robots is that they can take on any form they want: from nightmarish child replicants to inexplicably cool talking cars. The robots of the 70’s were no exception. Look sir, droids!

Print Fiction, a digital art exhibition

By Nick Maizlin

In an original twist, graphic designer and artist Michael Alfred Seibert has decided to unveil his works as well as those of 16 others. Using the Unity game engine, Seibert has crafted a temporary digital space to showcase created art of the various artists in 8 different ‘rooms’, vaguely reminiscent of Portal and Aperture Science. These rooms are connected in a cube-like fashion and can be slightly disorienting. From a first-person view, the user is free to look around the gallery, and by clicking on a portrait or 3D sculpture they will see a brief description as well as info about the artist. However, the exhibit won’t last forever – it will only be around until June 24th – so if you like strange out-of-body experiences you should check it out now.
